Homeside Rehab is a therapy company who sees patients in their homes and has a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists.  All of our treatments are one on one, and we bring equipment to the patient’s home.  We mostly treat geriatric patients, though we do see younger patients if they are homebound.  Patients are seen for several months if needed, and we strive to keep them healthy and active.  We accept Medicare Part B as the primary insurance.

We work hand in hand with referring Physicians to meet our patient’s clinical goals and to help restore them to their functional lifestyle. We can also help maintain their current abilities to help avoid secondary illnesses. We are available for our patients and their families at any time to assist with appropriate guidance, encouragement, or for other services for the homebound population.
